Estate Planning is best described as making decisions about the management of your care and assets while you are able to, so that when you are no longer able to make those decisions, a plan will be in place. Every person's Estate Planning goals are different. For some it may be simply ensuring that their assets go to the individuals they want them to go to upon their death, for others it may be assistance with Elder Planning matters, Medical Assistance, and VA Benefits, and for still others it may be ensuring the future of a family business or a family farm through entity based planning.
