The GE deal is now in place, so we continue another journey with GE.
I have now taken a position in South Africa for Alstom power Automation & Controls (PAC) primarily dealing with Commercial aspects of Medupi and Kusile C&I Contracts.
Through my Project Management experience and since, I have handled claims and counter claims over the past 3 years in the region of £65m for both EMB (UK) and the greater EMB for EPC contracts. Duties and experience included: Understanding and working within contract conditions (Model Form MF, Fidic, NAECI, Bespoke Client Conditions of Contract for EPC Contracts) Liaison with sector legal and local (UK) legal representation. Appointment of required contract management resources. Building of case documentation. Launching of claim strategies on individual and standards basis
