Objective: To acquire a full-time managerial property maintenance/engineer position in order to maximize my repair and supervisory skills. I hope to expand my customer services skills, utilize my work ethic and continue to build valuable work experience in North Bay and surrounding areas. Qualifications: I have thirty-three years of experience working in property maintenance and engineering. My goal as a maintenance professional is to focus on creating a safe and productive environment for my clients. I am vastly energetic, honest, self-motivated, a quick learner, and can adapt to new challenges. I am perceptive, patient and will prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Repair and maintenance of many HOA properties throughout communities in Sonoma, Marin,Napa and Solano counties.
Responsible for a wide variety of maintenance duties related to the company’s properties including but not exclusively: locks/keys, windows, carpets & tile repair, sinks, bath tubs, air conditioners, plumbing, smoke alarms, wall repair, and oversees all electrical fixtures. Carry out resident work orders in a timely manner and updates status in company tracking system. Manage allocated budget provided for each work order and property. Creates follow up work orders and annual unit inspections. Maintains adequate stock of materials, initiates reorder in a timely manner, maintains accurate inventory of all tools and parts; ordering parts and supplies as needed. Responsible for creating lasting relationships with supplies and vendors that service company properties. Incoporates safety and customer service, and attends all mandatory trainings and recertification. Travels to suppliers and collects inventory as needed and performs supervisor duties when needed.
