Budget & Reporting - Created the variable cost standards for all products manufactured at the 12 main domestic breweries which impact plant manufacturing budgets and KPI targets. - Created sensitivity analysis database models to calculate estimated cost of goods based on variable inputs such as volume, price and line efficiency. Presented these results to the business units which directly impacted the volume planning and final recipes for all of the products produced at the domestic breweries. Finance & Consolidations - Managed intercompany reporting flows for specific wholly owned subsidiaries in Cognos for the Global Consolidated Reporting team. - Maintained legacy debt accounting and took part in a global project to convert from Excel based amortization schedules to real-time investment software. Ensured accuracy and consistency between the systems and calculated financial reporting impact based on the conversion. - Performed International royalty accounting for US production of brand partner products. Inventory & Control - Maintained reporting related to stores accounting and purchase prices of critical raw brewing and packaging materials. Calculated impact of price and volume fluctuations and supported Procurement Performance Management (PPM) and brewery accounting with closing and control reporting. - Created quick and easy to read performance reports for procurement teams to review monthly variances relating to malt, hops, rice, corn, glass, cans, and lid inventories starting with a large data set of detailed transactions.
