EXPERIENCE TATA Consultancy – TCS(McKesson) Network Engineer(Hybrid Contract) • Coordinate with ISP’s(AT&T, Verizon, Zayo & Lumen) to turn-up new circuits • Configure BGP on cisco routers to peer with Telco MLPS circuits • Configure SDWAN(Viptela) templates during site network refresh • Worked in the Lab racking/stacking and connecting Aruba switches for shipment. • Experience in Layer 1 troubleshooting for copper and fiber cabling • Experience troubleshooting L1/L2/L3 network connectivity issues • Experience creating change request in Service Now • Travel to Domestic and International sites to support a network refresh project • Travel to Domestic and International sites supporting Viptela/Aruba/Cisco • Troubleshoot using Azure Portal and Logic-Monitor for SAP to Azure project • Monitor Network devices using Logic-Monitor • Working knowledge of HPNA, Solarwinds and CA Performance monitoring tools • Coordinate with remote hands team in racking and stacking of devices • Experience collaborating with other teams in solving network issues • Onboarding network devices into Aruba Central • Remotely configure new network switches(Cisco/Aruba AOS-CX 6300/6200) • Configure Site-To-Site IPSEC VPN tunnels with remote sites • Experience Creating/Updating Visio Diagrams • Knowledge of Command Line Interface(CLI) on Cisco ASA, Cisco Nexus, Aruba • Provide L2/L3 level support in routing and switching and ticketing(Service Now) • Familiar with Python Language • Familiar with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax • Familiar with Ekahau wireless site survey tool
