Coordinated projects for implementation of a Product Lifecycle Management system (Teamcenter), focused on the business needs of the Flow Equipment division. Wrote and approved specifications of system configuration, and drove workshops for business process change. Harmonized the implementation plan to achieve "minimum viable product" status before go-live. After go-live, extended PLM system functionality by identifying areas of greatest potential value and aligned system enhancement with the pace of revised business process adoption.
Develop and execute technology roadmap for mechanical simulation, including migration of decades-old legacy custom engineering software to a modern computing environment and strategic evaluation of general-purpose finite element software against long-term R&D forecasts. Performed development analysis in support of patentable features Deputy team lead of 6-person mechanical simulation group, involving technical review of engineering reports and standards, and coaching of computer simulation and pump design.
