In this role, I supported Global Product Management teams with insights and tools to improve product performance and strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities included: • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to track product performance, especially for newly launched products. • Delivering ad hoc analyses and visualizations for executive presentations, including BoD and CXO-level materials. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and alignment across departments. This role provided a strong foundation in data analysis, visualization, and strategic support.
In this role, I acted as the primary logistics mediator between Sales Directors, Customer Care, and Supply Chain, ensuring smooth coordination and prioritization across markets. Key responsibilities included: • Providing sparring and support to Sales Directors on key initiatives, product availability, and order allocation. • Creating and executing prioritization plans for high-value customers to optimize delivery performance and customer satisfaction. • Facilitating cross-functional communication to align supply chain operations with commercial needs and market dynamics. This role strengthened my ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver operational value through structured planning and collaboration.
Wrote my Master Thesis on digital transformations in the pharmaceutical industry. I created a framework to guide companies to achieve a successful digital transformation, step by step, in cooperation with Emendo Consulting Group.
Responsibility: Supply chain management, business process optimization, stakeholder management, project planning, documentation, research and analysis. Results: Large six months project was delivered under budget on the planned deadline, with successful results. Designed E2E dual-sourcing solutions for IT- and business processes. Informed and satisfied stakeholders across the organization. Clear documentation and file management.
Responsibility: Production planning, inventory management, KPI, supplier communications, process optimization, SOP, stakeholder management. Results: Production delivered required amounts with satisfied stakeholders. Lean inventory with necessary safety stock. Optimized picking procedure that made it easier for the operators to refill production cells. Managed supplier communication and secured on time delivery of crucial items.
