I grew up in the sports retail world and spent much of my youth working on motocross bikes, riding, racing, and developing a lifelong passion for motorsports. After completing my Master’s degree in business mangement I started my career in investment banking, gaining valuable international experience while working in London, Rome, and New York. Eventually, I returned to my passion, motorsports, taking on leadership roles that allowed me to combine my technical and business background with strategic management. I served as Managing Director in Japan before moving to Germany to lead Ducati, bringing the business closer to Audi and Ingolstadt. Currently, I am responsible for Ducati’s motocross project, where I support the initiative on the commercial side while staying connected to the sport that has shaped both my personal and professional journey.
