Responsible for optimizing trade spend to drive highest net sales. Ensured all displays were executed by creating a bi weekly tracker and instituting a Hypercare call with the field to ensure alignment on meeting the goal. Created a process for each of our business units for the best display ROI for each of our business units. Developed an approach to maximize Net Sales by leveraging ROI efficiency through collaboration with Customer Sales Leads to optimize spending, driving a Net Sales growth improvement of over +50%. Optimized display effectiveness by analyzing ROI by display type and product to recommend the most impactful mix.
