- Acting as HR committee secretary. - Acting as employee’s grievance committee secretary. - Preparing all hiring memos for top management. - Preparing all documents regarding new hiring and promotions for regulators and CBE. - Handling all works related to the renewals of contracts for employees with fixed-term contracts. - Preparing all documents related to retirements, special vacations and other HR issues to be presented for related committees and BOD. - Handling the completion of all procedures for the resignations of the employees (exit interview, communication with the technical authorities to determine the last working day, the clearance of the employees…) - Preparing all certificates requested by employees (experience, income…) - Handling all works related to the secretariat of the Board of Directors (writing the minutes, send BOD decisions to all sectors/departments and follow up on implementation). - Contributing in some entrepreneurship activities. - calculating wages, benefits, tax deduction, staff loans, etc. - keep track of employees' leaves, deduction, new hire information etc. Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
