Responsible for the design, training, configuration, testing and supporting the post implementation of the RF-SMART data collection software application for the NetSuite ERP system. With a broad understanding of general warehouse operations, best practices and business processes, lead the Post Go Live effort directly for customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Areas of concentration: receiving, inventory control, picking and light production Deliver detailed warehouse data collection solutions using RF-SMART for the NetSuite ERP application Assists customer with application design, setup, testing and training Advise customers on best practices in the areas of warehouse setup, receiving and shipping Main point of contact for key customers Work effectively with staff members and executives at all levels within customer organizations Trusted Advisor to customers and be comfortable as primary contact to provide product information and best practice solutions Communicate suggested enhancements to development team Install and test customer approved enhancements made to the base application Troubleshoot and address reported issues from Customers either through NetSuite ERP or through the RF-SMART data collection software
Accountable for delivering and executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives. Responsibilities Manage multiple Fulfillment Supervisors, Warehouse Leads and full-time/temporary associates Build and manage a relationship with customers by maintaining regular communication and partnership Plan, monitor, and execute staffing schedules and adjust as needed to ensure proper staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives Manage inbound/outbound loading and unloading of trucks while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy Maintain productivity, customer service, and safety standards on a daily basis Provide superior customer service and maintain professional and courteous relations with strategic partners Promote constant and measureable improvement; teach and enforce SCLS’ Quality Policy at all times Train, coach, mentor, and develop staff to achieve business objectives while providing career developing opportunities; conduct performance reviews Manage revenue and expenses within budget; manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Communicate to operations’ staff in areas such as: objectives, policies, procedures, safety methods, practices, programs, etc.
Maintain operational excellence and leading, developing and coaching direct reports. Provide solutions to our customers and reach the store financial goals. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand and model FedEx Office values to customers and team members Regularly spend time building and inspiring high performing teams by using FedEx Office tools, resources, effective judgment and decision-making in the selection, training, development, retention and performance management of team members Coach team and ensure they have the tools and information needed to support company goals and perform jobs Regularly work with large accounts, complex customer needs and/or serve as a consultative partner to our host properties and commercial sales in the execution of work for key customers Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers and team members and supports the FedEx brand experience Manage all store controls including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures, financials, safety, security, scheduling and compliance with state and federal laws and system management through leadership and delegation Customarily and regularly improve all operational and store sales activities to ensure the store exceeds financial and customer experience targets Regularly practice independent judgment, self-management and effective decision-making in the performance of daily job duties including accounts receiveable, inventory reports, daily sales recaps and bank deposits Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple leadership tasks within established timeframes by effectively planning and managing workload, delegating work and supervising, monitoring and directing store leaders and other team members Share ideas and use Quality Improvement tools in order to improve the business
