• Provide consultation for SHI’s customers for agnostic IT solutions • Proactively manage customer subscriptions, IT asset lifecycles, and customer initiatives using SHI’s customer management framework and SHI Services • Educate customers on emerging technologies like modern data center and hybrid cloud models • Coach and support SHI’s Inside Account Executives on products, programs, software asset management, professional services, and internal operations
