Provide Tier I and II support to customers. Maintain network environment for 5+ sites. Manage Active Directory changes and integration with other services. Build and maintain Linux and Windows servers as needed by corporate or other groups within the company. Research projects and provide reports as to the feasibility of a project, implement if accepted.
Assist the AEgis Technologies Information Assurance team in day-to-day activities including (but not limited to) vulnerability scanning and analysis, building of both lab and production systems, maintaining relevant documents for both corporate and contracted work, assisting team members to hit deadlines, and preparing relevant systems for testing and submission to customers.
Handle emergency classroom support and operation, event support, hardware and software installation and upgrades.
