Responsible for the industrialization of an enamelled tanks plant (project cost: 2 M€) Research, specifications and requirements writing, negotiation with suppliers, follow-up and validation of the studies, monitoring of the construction site, production launch and production rate increase, maintenance organisation. Machines set-up: plate roll, longitudinal welding machine, automatic assembling and welding machine, shoot blasting machine, enamelling machine, furnace, paint cabin and handling systems.
Responsible for setting-up a polyurethane injection carousel and for the final assembly production line (project cost: 1M€) Management of the entire project (delay, cost, quality), research, specifications and requirements writing, negotiation with suppliers, follow-up and validation of the studies, monitoring of the construction site, production launch and production rate increase.
