Experienced consultant in pipeline fitness for service, pipeline integrity, pipeline design and construction, causes of pipeline failures, pipeline regulations and standards, and related matters. Started at KAI as Senior Structural Engineer in 1991, performing technical services for operators of oil and gas pipelines in the areas of pipeline failure investigation, defect and flaw assessment, pipeline fitness for service, stress analysis, pipeline safety, and codes and regulatory compliance.
