Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States
I currently defend clients in a variety of cases including, products liability, construction defects, premises liability, consumer fraud, breach of contract, insurance coverage disputes, and motor vehicle accidents. I also have experience defending clients in cyber security and data protection and hospitality/dram shop matters. In addition, I have served as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. I represent clients in State and Federal Courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and also defend cases in private arbitration and mediation settings. I work closely with my clients throughout all stages of litigation to obtain the most favorable results in each particular case. Recently, I have helped clients dismiss claims pertaining to an alleged motor vehicle accident through Preliminary Objections; dismiss a number of premises liability claims arising in settings such as supermarkets, parking lots, restaurants, convenience stores, and on snow-covered sidewalks through Summary Judgment; recover litigation expenses through Summary Judgment; and have earned favorable arbitration awards for clients in a number of motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters. During law school, I was a law clerk for the Hon. Catherine Fitzpatrick, P.J.F.P., New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, Mercer County, and a research assistant for Professor Craig Green at Temple University Beasley School of Law. I was also a law clerk at a Philadelphia law firm.
