TECHWOODHOMES is a technology company that focuses on the future of living. To do so it develops its own hardware and software so that a new form of living in a property is made possible. From maintenance to additional functions and community features. The goal is that everyone who has once lived in a TECHWOODHOME will never want to live in a normal house again. To make this possible, TECHWOODHOME builds its own homes, which consist of a holistic concept around Smart-tech hard- and software. This in modular construction, to make the houses affordable. Great attention is also paid to sustainability, which is why a timber frame construction with sheep's wool insulation and clay plaster is used. TECHWOODHOMES is also a pioneer in developing AI generated floorplans.
