Current Projects: 76 Upper Ground Millenium Bridge House 150 Bishopsgate / 1 Bishopsgate Plaza I worked as part of a team coordinating all services on this prestigious 40+ storey mixed use building. Prefabricated risers, plantrooms and corridor modules throughout. 127 Kensington High Street I was lead CAD Coordinator managing a team of 4 people. Designed all packaged plantrooms and riser modules on this 5 floor open plan office building in central London. At GBE I have also developed CADMEP and Revit Fabrication databases based on internal standards for prefabrication.
I returned to SES once more as a BIM Coordinator on a contract basis. During this period I coordinated all services on 2 open plan office buildings in Leeds city centre, 2 Custody Suites in the North, and worked and some prestigious projects at King's Cross.
In Vancouver, Canada, I was continuing to work remotely for a number of clients.
After leaving London, I lived in Japan for 6 months. During this time, I was working remotely for clients in the UK on a contract basis. I mainly worked on a large office project at Kings Cross in London. This was a 12-floor building, and I created prefabrication drawings for the majority of the services and FCUs on this project from models that had been coordinated by others.
I moved to London not long after returning from travelling where I took a contract position with One Point Design, for whom I worked on a number of projects. I coordinated risers on two apartment buildings in central London and completed various other draughting requirements for the company. In December 2012 I began working on Twickenham Stadium, both managing the CAD process and personally draughting the bulk of the work. I was tasked with designing very highly serviced and heavy service modules to supply a new backbone for the stadium. This required extensive collaboration with on-site mechanical and electrical engineers, structural engineers and surveys of the existing building. I worked on this project until all modules were designed and installed.
