Provide management oversight of maintenance of project fleets in the Francophone operations. Implement strategic planning and standardization of maintenance practices over the territory on all site maintenance function, reporting, and processes. Manage the maintenance budgets for all sites in my territory and answer directly to the top management at headquarters in Accra, Ghana. Plan and implement the component change out program for the Assets for all sights in the Francophones.

Oversaw sales operations of mining and construction sectors. Built a service department for the Atlas Copco Wagner products to service all the mining operations in the Copper Belt. Adminstration of Service Contracts for serveral of the mines in the area. Run a service group of underground technicians, hire and fire as appropriate. Implement a Parts department for my Service Operation.
