I like to find the easiest and simplest way to create or do something. Over the past three years, I have worked as the drafting manager for CPT Engineering, focusing on building systems, automation, and processes to improve team efficiency, creating consistent output drawings, and overall boosting performance. We have made huge progress, built an amazing team, established standard frameworks, and now deliver consistent work to production on a daily basis. During this time, it also led me to create Next-Task, as I couldn't find a simple and specific task and document manager tool that was available. It's been two years in the making, hundreds of hours working late at night, and constant iterations from feedback. I wouldn't want to work without it now, and I think my team would tell you the same thing. I really do believe it can make design teams' and managers' jobs easier.

Responsibilities: Provide design and manufacturing services for clients Projects Completed by Mech Engineering Design: Design of a number of ultrasonic cleaning machines Production of workshop drawings of radiator frames for large earth-moving equipment Project management and design of a large machine incorporating sheet metal fabrication, pneumatic system and high pressure water system, all integrated into a fully automated machine Program PLC software and HMI interface for an ultrasonic machine
