The hotel properties are located in key German locations and locations in neighbouring countries which enjoy high tourism, business and exhibitions, such as Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Leipzig or London, Paris, Brussels and Rome.
Hotel assets in the Aroundtown portfolio were formerly managed by its asset management company Primecity Asset Management GmbH.
