Responsible for being an active member of the EQUITONE team and supporting the organization on all technical matters. • Answering all technical queries and questions that come from the team and the market. • Responsible for identifying, organizing, and coordinating all US testing and certifications. • Responsible for the upkeep of all US technical documentation. Adjusting Etex Central technical information to suit the US market. Ensuring correct US terminology is used in all documents. • Set up and maintain a recording system for all complaints or issues within One CRM. • Responsible for the development and progression of selected Etex Exteriors technical projects. • Develop relationships and work with external partners in the Equitone façade industry. • Analysis of competitors products and solutions. This involves studying the competitor’s developments and market offerings to identify any unique selling propositions we may have. • Coach and assist colleagues with technical training and issues. • Report to Equitone team on technical updates, claims, complaints regularly. • Safety training – Safe Start Liaison Etex Central involvement and roll out to Equitone team. • Responsible for research and future testing and planning for Technical US. • Develop industry leading best practices for Technical Manager role.
Responsible for all EQUITONE sales in the eastern half of the United States and EQUITONE technical aspects for the whole of the US. Responsibilities include recruiting Project Managers, coaching and mentoring the sales team, training installers and fabricators and building long-term client relationships. As the Eastern US sales manager, I use my creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills of remote teams are also essential. Ultimately, it is my job to increase revenue year over year by making sure my sales team has the right tools and knowledge to be successful. • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. • Identify and secure distributors, US based fabricators, and strategic partners. • Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, training them, and understanding their needs. • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to senior management and manage and review my team’s pipeline. • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status. • Quarterly performance reviews with the sales team.
