(1753206) • Level 1 Working at Height (Harness/safety equipment inspection) I have worked on a variety of projects with over 40 years experience in construction, including educational Facilities, hospitals, student accommodation, production facilities, railways, airports, military establishments, refurbishments, fit outs, retail and high spec housing apartments across the UK. Originally from a joinery background I then worked as a trainee Site Manager with Barwick Construction in Kent finishing the training in 1987.

Day to day 'boots on' management of the site, on a Cat A fit out to 11 floors based at Verde SW1 Victoria. Managed co-ordination between build trades and MEP. Responsible for identifying design anomalies, monitoring trade progress against daily targets, quality control and delivery of areas to continually changing client requirements.
Short term cover for incapacitated manager at project for Chartsworth Gardens, Bloomsbury. Responsible for delivering finished roof/terrace areas and the positioning of the MEP equipment to maintain programme within a congested environment.
