Managed over 41 active duty and reserve personnel for Air Mobility Command's largest Maintenance Operations Command. Oversaw coordinations of maintenance priorities, production and execution of a flying schedule that accounts for 58 C-5, KC-10, and C-17 military aircraft worth $9.2 billion, with high quality mission-oriented results. Interacted with inner government agencies to sync aircraft emergency response efforts, grounded movements and maintenance activities. Responsible for clarification of cargo airlift requirements. Guaranteed Wing's command and control and entire Maintenance Operations center's safety by rejuvenating building's internal security surveillance system. Coordinated engineering assist of a fleet of 45 depot requests thus adverting 2k in aircraft downtime hours-saving $1 million Managed oversight of fleet of aircraft data inputs. Identified and corrected 250+status errors leading to the Air Mobility Command's best C-5 MC rate of 83%, best in 27 years.
