After more than 25 years in leading management positions, I have made the decision to set up my own business and offer my know-how as a consultant and/or interim manager for the entire industry. Furthermore, I plan to participate in companies as an active shareholder. I have had the privilege to successfully develop and implement corporate strategies as a responsible manager in the past years, as well as in post-merger integrations, supply chain optimisation and cost reduction projects. With more than 10 years of experience as CEO & President in the battery industry, combined with my experience in the automotive industry, I also have a great knowledge regarding the transformation of the drive train in the automotive industry.
A new chapter in my professional career. In November 2022 two friends of mine and I founded the m3 holding GmbH in Düsseldorf. On November 18th 2022 the m3 holding GmbH acquired the Frauenthal Powertrain Plettenberg GmbH through a management buyout

Based in Vienna, Frauenthal Holding is responsible for business development at Group and Organizational level, as well as managing the strategic alignment of the divisions. The head office also performs reporting and investor relations functions. The two Frauenthal Divisions operate in markets with completely different dynamics – a diversification strategy that has proven its worth in recent months. In total Frauenthal generates approx. 1 bil.€ Revenue and employs more than 3.000 employees in Europe, China and the USA. The 2 divisions are: • Frauenthal Automotive • Frauenthal Trade Frauenthal Automotive is a market leader in each of its product segments and supplies the majority of Europe’s commercial vehicle manufacturers as well as selected passenger vehicle producers. In access to the European Automotive industry Frauenthal is also delivering its international automotive customers in Asia and the USA by local plants in these areas. The company is also active in the non-automotive sector - a segment with great potential. Thereby, industrial clients in different areas are supplied with high-quality - predominantly steel components. Today Frauenthal Automotive has 9 operational plants, 3 in Germany, 2 in Sweden and one plant each in Slovakia, Czech Republic, China and the USA. The division has three product groups: • The segment Powertrain produces forged engine parts for high load-bearing applications such as connecting rods, camshafts and distributor boards at its two German factories. • The Gnotec Group operates two sites in Sweden and one each in Slovakia, China and the USA. It uses state of-the-art equipment for sheet metal punching, pressing, cutting and welding. • The Airtanks business has one plant each in Germany and the Czech Republic, and is the European leader in the market for steel airtanks used in braking systems for heavy trucks.
