After exactly 31 years with Mondelez I am retired as of 1st January 2025. 31 years rich of experiences, challenges and many learning. Not easy to leave so many friends behind. However I am looking forward to a new chapter of my live. As I had time to use my unconsumed vacation over the last 9 months my batteries are fully charged and I am readz for new challenges. There are many companies where it will be a win/win to share learning.

As of April 5th I started a new chapter. After more then 30 years with Mondelez I will be on vacation till end 2024 followed by early retirement ;-)
Set-up bigges global stand alone coffee company. Carve out coffee from Mondelez international and bring it into a joint venture with Douwe Egberts. Joint venture is called Jacobs Douwe Egberts. Successful go-live with not a single high or very high issue in the retained Mondelez organization nor the new joint venture on July 6th 2015.
Program manager to transfer services from countries/regions to our service providers. Enable smooth go-live in time and budget with new ways of working. Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Belarus, and Turkey went live very smooth. Morocco, Nigeria, Ghana, Pakistan, Egypt and Lebanon completed. Tax with Ernest & Young go-live end 2016 completed. Since mid 2016 global business partner operations lead for Genpact (approx. 1000 people supporting Finance processes at MDLZ). As of 2017 on top client account manager Mondelez Business Services EE countries (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Turkey) for all services Mondelez Business Services provide to this countries. In parallel develop a new program/service pillar.
