Commissioned as Intelligence Officer in 2004. Primary duties focus on information analysis and intelligence briefings.
Responsible for METOC Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) programs within the Command, providing strategic direction and cross-command oversight. Provides plans, policy, and guidance leadership for METOC ISR as an enterprise capability. Oversees planning and resourcing aspects related to the Intelligence Community for National Intelligence Programs (NIP). Provides oversight for METOC ISR to Information Warfare Community to enable engagement and co-production opportunities relative to Naval operations.
Develop collection strategies to address intelligence gaps for analytic divisions and subject matter experts in the Navy's Central Command area of operations. Managed all-source collection requirements, and assessed the effectiveness of collection assets. Persistent engagement with Intelligence Community Organizations, Foreign Partners, and tactical units to ensure a cohesive collection strategy that supports the intelligence and analytic demands for mission success
Oversaw the development and delivery of three Intelligence Community Advanced Analyst Program (ICAAP) courses: Advanced Analytic Writing, Advanced Analytic Briefing Workshop, and Analytic Writing Essentials for the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center. Advised on how to best improve instruction for students through in-person classroom sessions and virtual delivery.
