Business intelligence developer reporting on video products for Charter Communications. Responsible for developing dashboards to report on DVR usage, Video On Demand purchases and guide feature usage. Performed data pulls on a Hadoop cluster using Hive, Bash, and Python. Utilized Tableau to report on various KPIs, as well as performed statistical analysis, concerning the deployment and usage of set top boxes.
