The Senior Manager of Production & Prototyping is a specialist function in charge of producing all print marketing materials & VIM-related materials on a project basis. He leads a team of Project Managers who execute the production by leveraging external suppliers. Key responsibilities: In charge of production & prototyping for all printed external communication material, giveaways and VIM-related items such as campaign material, VIM display/deco, and VIM equipment handled on a European level Accountable for price negotiations, supplier selections, quality controls, and logistical set up within the area of responsibility Optimizing of existing routines and workflows or implementation of new routines to ensure a proper performance of the team and their collaboration with other internal departments or external supplier
