Day-to-day contact with CEO, COO, the Director of Research, the Head of Capital Market, and the Director of Investment Banking. Responsibilities included: - Participated in the Annual Global Diversity Technology Conference at the United Nations and in White House Business Council Conference Call with respect to Climate/Green Bonds. - Participated with the Banking Team in the origination and execution of equity transactions. - Evaluated a new client's business plan for a Beverage Company and provided recommendation to improve its effectiveness. - Interfaced with clients as part of the Investment Banking Team on a range of topics from venture capital raises for a new social media company to commercial real estate portfolios. - Assisted the Banking Team in the preparation of a Private Placement Memorandum, Subscription Agreement, Executive Summary and Marketing Materials for a new Venture Capital Fund. - Assisted in preparing materials for the Chief Investment Officer's media appearances on CNBC. - Participated in business networking events at the Greater NY Chamber of Commerce. - Participated in due diligence research on companies and principals through review of documents and public record searches including OFAC.
