Working through my company, Moki Solutions, I deliver ERP Programme/ Project/ Change Management & Solutions Architecture to medium to large organisations. I have extensive experience of delivering projects and services through the full project life cycle from pre sales, RFP and vendor selection to handover to BAU, across all IT functions. My major focus is on Dynamics AX, with experience from 2008 on every version up to now D365, and I have wide experience of other business applications and infrastructure across a range of industry sectors including retail, financial services, local government, professional services, construction, hire and logistics. I have a particular focus on delivering client side projects, with long experience of building and mentoring client project teams and of managing vendors and other third parties.
