I'm a Senior Software Engineer who gets excited about the infrastructure that makes other engineers faster. I build platform tooling, shared libraries, and full-stack applications — the kind of work that sits beneath the surface but shapes how an entire organization writes software. At CVS Health I work on a web platform team where the problems range from designing server-driven UI systems and dynamic component delivery on the edge, to writing AI agent skills that teach tools like GitHub Copilot our codebase's own conventions. It's a rare mix of deep frontend, backend, and developer experience work that keeps me learning constantly. I care a lot about developer experience — reducing friction, shortening feedback loops, and making the right way to do something also the easy way. Whether that's a well-designed abstraction, a code generator, or an AI-powered workflow, I'm drawn to work that multiplies the output of the people around me. Outside of work I'm always picking something new apart. Lately that's been GraphQL schema design, Playwright testing strategies, and how AI coding agents can be made genuinely useful rather than just impressive. And really big Lego sets.
Full-stack engineer on the Experience Platform team, building and maintaining the internal web platform that powers rapid application development across CVS Health. AI-Augmented Developer Tooling Author reusable LLM agent skills — packaged domain knowledge that teaches AI coding agents platform conventions and APIs, enabling AI assistants to generate idiomatic code out of the box and reducing onboarding friction across the org. Core Platform & Developer Experience Maintain a shared library monorepo consumed by all platform-registered teams — including a foundational Next.js runtime and CLI, design system integration, React Query utilities, OpenTelemetry instrumentation, testing configs (Vitest/Playwright), and Turborepo code generators. Application Scaffolding & Onboarding Own a scaffolding system that lets internal teams spin up production-ready Next.js/Turborepo monorepos in minutes, with CI/CD, observability, and design system integrations pre-wired. Server-Driven UI Platform Contribute to a full-stack internal tool (Next.js + Apollo Client, Fastify GraphQL API, Drizzle ORM + PostgreSQL, BullMQ/Redis) enabling engineers and non-engineers alike to plan and publish dynamic digital experiences via a visual UI. React components are independently authored, published to GCS, and dynamically loaded at runtime — decoupling component delivery from application deploys. Asset Delivery Infrastructure Fastify asset-serving service fronted by Varnish cache, sitting between GCS and consuming applications to serve platform assets securely. Stack: TypeScript · Next.js · React · GraphQL · Apollo · Fastify · Drizzle ORM · PostgreSQL · BullMQ · Redis · GCP · Docker · TurboRepo · GitHub Actions · Argo CD · OpenTelemetry · Vitest · Playwright

I was one of two developers on the iOS team of a social networking application ByME. The app provides similar functionality to Groupon and Twitter, but is primarily targeted at college students. I was responsible for rapid prototyping and testing of new features. I also frequently researched best practices, industry standards, external libraries and implemented these in our codebase
