Responsible for the global FP&A team for a $5B company which is owned by various private equity sponsors. In addition to the FP&A team, lead and expanded the data analytics team. Daily interactions with treasury, accounts payable, and the collections team as we were responsible for the monthly free cash flow analysis and DSO improvements.
Manage and lead 40 team members which use our internal cash to lend to consumers for services. Additionally, manage the lending to our Franchise operations. The teams include originations, credit, accounting, and collections. Work closely with the sales team to ensure our financing arm is the best closing tool for the sales organization to drive sales and improve closure rates. In addition, I am responsible for our Finance Data Analytics team supporting all of the brands under Rollins. The data analytics group is helping to make sense out of big data and transforming the data into predictive analytics.
