Provide HR consulting and compliance support for organizations. Focused on helping smaller facilities and independent operators build strong, compliant HR infrastructures.
Conduct investigations as necessary and resolve other sensitive employee relations issues · Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate both verbally and in writing, investigations findings and outcomes to Vice President of HR and other key stakeholders. · Identifies recommendations that could create positive long-term solutions · Ensure that we continue to have clear, transparent processes and reporting mechanisms at the designated worksite · Provide backup support to the HR Assistant as necessary – duties may include but are not limited to collecting new hire paperwork, running background checks, enrolling employees into various benefits, etc. · Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment · Travel required to other site locations as needed
• Manage new hire orientation every week including I9 verification and account verifications • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports as needed – done through excel and ADP • Handle and approve all employee write ups and terminations • Manage all employee files for active and terminated employees • Process and approve all internal transfers/promotions • Process and approve all PTO/absence requests • FMLA processing for all employees • Employment verifications as need be
