True executive level experience, currently serving as EVP & GM of Sales & Membership Services for Teleflora and member of the 5 person Executive Team (with COO, CFO, CTO) reporting to the President of Teleflora and accountable to our owners. 20 years of post MBA management & leadership experience delivering results in operations, sales, finance, strategy and general management across a wide range of industries including agriculture, small business retail, floral, ecommerce and energy. Deep background leading sales and service organizations based on a philosophy of ‘having a complete understanding the business’ with a consistent and dependable focus on adding revenue, reducing costs and delivering on an aggressive but realistic plan. Managing Director, responsible for Teleflora's florist and consumer direct operations in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Petals Florist Network was acquired by Teleflora USA in March 2011. As the initial expat Managing Director & GM based in Australia, was tasked with acquisition integration, execution of post-merger operating strategy and full P&L accountability.
