Water treatment engineer with 20+ years experience in design, construction, commissioning and operation support of WWTPs in France and internationally. Extended expertise in wastewater and sludge treatment processes whilst delivering studies, O&M bids, operational performance improvement and/or innovation missions and supervising plants construction. In addition, strong experience in project management and team management. Currently part of Qatar North Catchment Zone O&M contract.
In charge of a team of technical experts in the fields of water, wastewater, waste, hazardous waste and energy to troubleshoot, support, assess, improve and innovate for business development and operations of the Region.
In charge of teams dedicated to Process, Projects (improvements, innovations, variation orders and work orders) and Laboratory activities for the O&M contract of Qatar North Catchment Zone (networks, pumping stations and WWTPs for a global turnover of +800MEUR in 10 years). Responsible for ISO 50001:2018 certification preparation. In addition, support for Business Development at Qatar scale.
Temporary mission within Suez Australia & NZ as Bid Manager.
Head of a team dedicated to Wastewater treatment & Waste recovery. I am also in charge of the technical support activity for Suez BUs for Wastewater & Waste.
I began to develop my professional career as Project Manager in this french engineering company specialised in water I have mainly conducted wastewater treatment plants projects from the preliminary studies to the commissioning of works.
