Leading the transformation of 120+ procurement professionals from a decentralized and tactical organization into a strategic team with a consolidated global supply base capable of delivering goods and services worldwide that improve profitability, minimize risk and provide a sustainable competitive advantage.
Lead a global team of supply chain and procurement professionals. Responsibilities include strategic supplier relationships and supplier management for 2000+ semiconductor, component, software, Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS), Original Equipment and Design Manufacturer (ODM/OEM), professional engineering, services and indirect suppliers. Lead teams responsible for ADTRAN’s global real estate, facilities, security and safety.
