As a student at ECU my studies are of the upmost importance to me. I recently made the Dean's list in the fall 2024 semester.
Assisted customers in finding specific footwear, increasing loyalty account signups by ~20% and enhancing the customer shopping experience. Utilized POS systems to efficiently and accurately process transactions, including high-value sales up wards of $1000 over multiple transactions maximizing the rewards granted. Trained and mentored new employees on store protocols and POS usage, improving operational efficiency. Designed and executed window displays and in-store signage, aligning with seasonal trends. Managed ordering out-of-stock products for in-store customers, ensuring seamless customer service. Picked, packed, and shipped online customer orders. Maintained inventory accuracy by scanning every SKU in the store. Supported high-traffic sales days, assisting over 200 customers per shift.
Led and organized two large-scale camping trips for a troop of 100+ scouts. Spearheaded sales initiatives, gaining 12 years of experience in door-to-door fundraising. Developed leadership, teamwork, and crisis management skills through high-adventure activities.
