As part of Digital Transformation team in one of the biggest retailer worldwide, I work on a set of innovative&international projects coordinating the organisational aspects and interacting with a wide and diversified group of stakeholders. - Starting from raw input and early-stage discussion about new initiatives, to be turned into projects, I elaborate concrete plans considering available time&resources - According to the evolving scenario, I identify and broadcast ad-hoc tools among the teams to enhance the way of working and absorb the project complexity - During the different project phases, I report to the steering committee highlighting the updates, key decisions to be taken and proposing mitigations to anticipate or handle the main risks&issues

Approfondimento personale dei moduli CRM e Gestione commessa. - Definizione dei requisiti cliente in fase di analisi; - Supporto cliente per i processi citati in fase di Go-Live e post Go-Live; - Supporto cliente nelle attività operative.
Supporto attività in ottica Kaizen e allineamento documentazione, in particolar modo delle procedure operative di processo, con nuove certificazioni specifiche di settore. - Supporto al rinnovo della certificazione di settore AS/EN 9100; - Gestione del modulo CRM presente nel gestionale aziendale Microsoft Dynamics NAV; - Supporto alle attività di pianificazione della produzione.
