Lead continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives across a multi-entity supply chain organization spanning transportation, warehousing, and value-added services Standardize processes across divisions through SOP development, KPI dashboards, and workflow optimization to drive scalability and execution consistency Drive digital transformation efforts, including implementation and integration of TMS, WMS, and ERP systems to enhance operational visibility and financial control Partner closely with executive leadership and finance to improve margin transparency, reporting accuracy, and intercompany alignment Identify and execute on efficiency opportunities through data analysis, process redesign, and automation initiatives Oversee cross-functional initiatives across operations, accounting, and technology, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic growth objectives Play a key role in acquisition integration by aligning systems, processes, and performance metrics across newly onboarded businesses Establish internal audit and compliance structures to strengthen controls, mitigate risk, and support sustainable growth Building the operational infrastructure required to support rapid expansion across multiple geographies and service lines
