Position – Landfall gas terminal HSE Advisor Employment – June 2017 - Present Project overview - My role is based both on-shore and offshore completing HSE activities on the West Nile Delta development project, the West Nile Delta (WND) Gas Development will develop a series of gas condensate fields, located within the North Alexandria concession, offshore the North coast of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The WND development will utilise subsea wells and associated gathering systems flowing to an onshore reception and processing terminal for treatment. The WND development will produce hydrocarbon fluids from known resources including Taurus, Libra, Giza, Fayoum, Raven and from future undiscovered resources. Main part of the HSE role was to support the HSE Coaches offshore on the nine construction vessels used to execute the project oversight was also performed on the cofferdam construction and De-watering pit landfall area which was used for the beach pull of the three production lines from offshore to the gas terminal. Considered to be one of the largest and deepest developments in the North Sea is the Schiehallion field, located in the UK sector of the North Atlantic, roughly 100 miles (161 kilometers) west of the Shetland Islands and includes the removal of the existing Schiehallion FPSO and mooring system; recovery of all existing flexible risers and dynamic umbilical systems; positioning and installing a new turret moored FPSO and associated mooring system and anchor piles; supply and installation of 21 dynamic flexible risers; installation of four static and dynamic umbilicals; coating, welding and installation of 13 steel pipelines, totaling 31 miles (50 kilometers); supply and install numerous flexible jumpers; installation of various manifolds, jumpers and infrastructure associated with the field development. Working in Malaysia as the vessels coordinating manager performing Vessel Audits with the two proposed transfer vessels, moving over to Singapore to work with the contractor performing HIRAs and documentation control, finally working in Korea with the two vessels performing personnel transfer and bulk operations with the FPSO.
