I’m a PMO, Programme and Project Delivery leader with 9+ years’ experience delivering complex change across infrastructure, cloud, digital and business transformation. My background spans hands-on project delivery, senior PMO leadership and operational leadership, having led delivery functions and business operations in high-growth environments. I’ve built and led PMOs from the ground up, embedded governance and delivery frameworks, and operated across environments with 150+ concurrent projects and programmes exceeding £100m. Key experience includes: * Building and scaling PMO functions, including governance, operating models and delivery frameworks * Delivering complex infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft 365 projects * Managing portfolios of 150+ projects and leading delivery teams * Leading operational functions with responsibility for revenue growth, resource scaling and delivery performance * Acting across Project Manager, Programme Lead and Head of PMO roles * Driving recovery of challenged projects through structured “return to green” approaches * Leading stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting I’ve delivered across both public and private sector organisations, including government-backed programmes, digital transformation portfolios and large-scale infrastructure expansion. Experience - • Completed graduate programme; • Lead Project Manager on a Scottish Government programme valued at £25M; • Managing concurrent projects with budgets ranging from £25k to £800k; • Projects have generated £5M in business revenue over a two year period; • Producing detailed project plans for implementation and successful delivery, managing scope, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget; • Development and implementation of change management strategies; • Leading, motivating and co-ordinating internal and external technical teams; • Agile Engagement Manager role, creating communication strategies and managing key stakeholders within the Scottish Government over a six month period; • Daily sub-contractor and third-party management; • Working with customers to improve processes in an innovative way, with a shared goal of delivering successful projects and growing the working relationship. Agile Engagement Manager (on-site with Scottish Government) - • Led a six-month Agile Cloud Discovery project, positioned on-site with the Scottish Government; • Managing a cross-organisational team of eight individuals; • Developed a cloud roadmap and target architecture for four business partners; • Led the technology team and conducted daily Scrum / Kanban sessions to develop and drive improvements in productivity through backlog management and user stories; Key Skills - • Self-motivated and thoughtful leader with the ability to listen to other project team members, in order to fully understand their needs, ensuring a collaborative sense of direction can be achieved; • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience of presenting on stage at the Association for Project Management Scotland conference in 2019; • An innovative and critical thinker, motivated by resolving internal and external issues; • Ability to absorb and effectively communicate requirements to internal and external stakeholders to ensure a common understanding;
