Projects short or long-term I am happy to assist companies to achieve their objectives by drawing on my past experience as a CFO of an AIM-listed company. I can help with IPOs, money-raising, business plans, forecasting, cash management, statutory and management reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS, M&A with related due diligence and subsequent integrations, investor relations, all other filings, as well as company secretarial matters. I'm pretty versatile with a recent background in entrepreneurial ventures building on extensive experience with blue-chip multinational corporations ranging from construction/civil engineering to property investment via telecommunications equipment manufacturing, international financial services, and fund management. I've had many years’ experience of advising SMEs and owner-managed businesses in the role of part-time consultant. Budgeting, business planning, forecasting and analysis are second nature. I'm willing and able to work at a fast pace, expecting subordinates to do the same; ensuring that they have the training, mentoring and support to deliver their best at all times.
