Graduated in 2009 with a degree in Network Design & Development from Brown College. Signed on with the US Bank SOaR project in August of 2010 and within a month of working on the project was promoted to Deployment Lead Technician. During my time with US Bank, I worked in branch locations in 12 States. I managed team sizes ranging from 2 to 20 people, sometimes alone, sometimes along side 2-4 other lead technicians based on the site size. What I'm looking for is something more permanent than a single project, or failing that, a project with the room to prove my usefulness and move into the company ranks.
Sole "boots-on-the-ground" for Philips "Image Guided Therapy - Devices" (IGT-D) in Minnesota. from 2017-2021 Managed day-to-day needs of around 250-300 engineers, project managers, clinical representatives, physicians, and executives. Managed day to day operations of 2 facilities including a 220,000 square foot production and manufacturing location. Duties included advanced diagnostics of user terminals and laptops, management of network infrastructure, server and user equipment, telecom, and all building technical equipment. Managed Inventory of site technical assets. Provided support for thousands of Philips employees across the US, as well as Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia.
