Key activities: • Trading and distribution of advanced photovoltaic glass modules and overhead glass roofing systems. • Development and marketing of solar carport and canopy systems, optimized for high load (e.g., snow, hail) and aesthetic integration into buildings. • Promoting regional, sustainable energy solutions, reinforcing autonomy from conventional energy suppliers and contributing to climate-friendly infrastructure.

Responsibilities: • Responsibility for the entire product range of Consumer Products (table water filters) • Support of product development; preparation of requirement profiles and customer benefit analyses • Development of product positioning and strategy; definition of the marketing mix; preparation of market launch plans; support of internal and external functions during operational market launch • Ongoing review of the marketing mix; initiation and coordination of measures for improvement, modification, variation, and elimination of products; training and support of the sales team • Continuous analysis of the market, selected target groups, and competitors; preparation of sales forecasts, identification of expected trends, and preparation of competitive analyses • Ongoing analysis of sales, contribution margin, profit, and market share development; budgeting for product development and product marketing; information and consulting of management on product and market issues
Management of global licensing partners and acquisition of new contractual partners on a licensing basis • Cooperations and co-branding with international premium brands in the leather goods and accessories sector • Expansion of the licensed product range and complementary products such as rainwear, garden and sun umbrellas, as well as streamlining and focusing of the product portfolio • Contract and legal responsibilities, including license agreements and patent or trademark rights • Budget responsibility, including monthly and quarterly reporting to shareholders • Strategic brand development, product management, segment and assortment analysis, and preparation of action plans and marketing initiatives • Comprehensive brand and license management, maintaining close contact with external consultants and agencies to coordinate projects within defined timelines and budgets • Fluent communication in English (approximately 75% of all correspondence and negotiations, both written and verbal) • Expansion of the licensing network, establishing new partnerships in Belgium, Norway, USA, France, and Canada; business trips to Belgium, Canada, China, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Sweden, and the USA • Development and launch of the official online shop shop.knirps.de and establishment of a strong social media presence (Facebook, Instagram)
