Managed a crew of 25+ team mates including order selectors, truck loaders, receivers and lift operators. Responsible for ensuring that customer orders were correctly picked and loaded for delivery in order to make dispatch times. Responsible for maintaining a high service level of 99.95% accuracy and ensuring that any possible mistakes were handled in a timely fashion. Helped kick off the integration of the Sonic restaurant into our our warehouse and delivery routes. Acted as a liaison between upper management, driver/representatives and the warehouse associates. Started as an overnight associate and was quickly promoted to Inventory control lead directly responsible for 10 associates. After transferring from Vacaville, ca to Ephrata, pa i was promoted to Asset Protection associate (APA); the primary goal of the position was to reduce shrink and protect the bottom line. APA responsibilities included but were not limited to apprehension of shoplifters, ensuring all safety standard were met within the store and ensuring accurate inventory. Received a promotion to Assistant Store Manager of the Lancaster, PA store. Responsibilities included direct management of approximately 75 associates and and maintaining the highest customer service possible. While at the Lancaster store I was able to directly help reduce the stores shrink from a "High Shrink" store (.13%) to a non "High Shrink" store (.05%) within a 3 year time frame. Received Associate of the Month from Vacaville, CA store, Associate of the Month from Lancaster, PA store and APA of the quarter for the PA market area.
