I successfully built up and managed a highly specialized team. Our focus was on efficient project management, effective testing and reliable field support. By implementing a scalable SCRUM setup, we were able to successfully implement complex projects and improve internal and external collaboration. I paid particular attention to the personal development of my team members. Targeted training and measures supported the individual development of their skills, which not only increased their expertise but also contributed to a positive working atmosphere. This forms the basis for our successful product development, in which creative ideas emerged in a supportive environment and led to innovative solutions for the challenges in the development of complex systems.
