An international experienced business development manager, with a technical sales background in the US domestic and international card/payment processing segment and retail sector, for both brick and mortar and eCommerce processing. My extensive skills combine multicultural and international sales experience, strategic planning, project management of client implementations, system conversions, Internet Security and Procedures and eCommerce ‘best practices’, process improvements, and consultative selling. This encompasses full domestic processing as well as multi currency processing including treasury models and inflow conversion models.       Lead Project Manager tasked with migrating the First Data Envoy platform from Data General Stratus authorization switches in Nashville, Tennessee to IBM RISC6000 authorization switches in Colorado, Maryland and Nebraska. This was both a system code migration and a data center move. Led all merchant interfacing phases of the migration while maintaining transaction processing flow. Successfully completed migration of the entire portfolio of 180 major merchants with no attrition and minimal processing service disruption, directing a team of 11 direct and matrixed reports. Designed and implemented the processes for certification testing and migration.
