Driving digital transformation by creating data-driven, automated solutions that reduce processing time, cut costs, and improve decision-making. At Siemens, I lead the end-to-end digitalization and process automation of Commercial Risk and Employee Benefits, aligning technology with business needs to deliver smarter, faster, and more collaborative insurance and risk management processes. Alongside my corporate role, I’m building Velopit - a project focused on helping cyclists keep their bikes race-ready and improving lifecycle management in the cycling ecosystem.
Building Velopit, the digital service record every bicycle should have.
I lead the digital transformation of Siemens’ corporate insurance, with a current focus on Employee Benefits and Private Finance. This includes delivering a central low code platform with API integration to insurers and network partners, introducing AI-driven use cases, and modernizing core processes to boost efficiency and enhance data quality. As part of the NextGen INS Initiative, I mentor junior team members to foster innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
Together with my team at EY, I co-developed and scaled a global business process offshoring platform and oversaw the establishment of teams in India and Argentina with 20 employees. I advised engagement teams on the coordination and administration of internal and external business processes, and drove initiatives to improve and standardize processes, including implementation and testing. A key part of my role was mentoring offshore teams to ensure effective collaboration, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
Conducted global master data release and maintenance activities, consulted with all divisions on master data-related processes, and managed projects to improve master data workflows.
