Helping energy leaders navigate the energy transition: toward a sustainable, high-performing, and integrated energy system of the future. With 25+ years of experience in structured finance, management consulting and industry leadership, I support energy and utility companies across strategy, organization design, operations, and large-scale CAPEX programs. My work spans the full energy value chain, with a strong focus on complex energy infrastructure. Within Arthur D. Little’s globally leading nuclear management consulting competence center, I advise governments, utilities, and investors on the most critical nuclear decisions - from new build and SMR programs to life-extension and decommissioning. As an independent management consulting partner ADL brings fact-based judgment, long-term perspective, and hands-on delivery where decisions carry multi-billion-euro implications and decades-long consequences I support executives in shaping nuclear and energy strategies, governance models, operating models, and investment cases that are safe, economically robust, and future-proof - including decarbonisation pathways, hydrogen readiness, and system integration across thermal, renewable, and grid assets. My hands-on experience includes leading major capital programs in nuclear, thermal power, large-scale renewables, and grid infrastructure. As ad-interim Head of Decommissioning for a Swiss nuclear power plant, I led a 40-person organization and successfully initiated the decommissioning program through licence application. I am a published author, international conference speaker, and trusted advisor to CxOs and emerging leaders in the energy sector.
